The most valuable thing I learned was:
- I thought the training was excellent. I have a much better understanding of my role as a supervisor and what is expected of me.
- I thought this was an excellent tool for our supervisors on how to document, deal, and direct employees.
- This seminar was much more than I expected, it gave much insight to the daily issues and how to go about things. Very beneficial.
- I particularly liked the examples used to refer to a certain situation. The presentation was very interesting and the instructor had great presentation skills which avoided boredom among the attendees.
Please comment on the performance of the instructor:
- Well done, refreshing–positive–and I’m usually a tough rater!
- Excellent job of illustration and clear objectives.
- Very well presented and informative.
Please comment on your perception of the value of the EAP:
- All supervisors and managers need to know what to do and how to handle employees and possible situations.
- I think it is a good tool for supervisors as well as employees.
- Excellent tool in this complex world we live in.
- This is a valuable asset, the EAP. It takes burden off the supervisor, whose job is normally stressful enough already.
- Should be an excellent tool for helping retain good employees or restore them to previously good performance standards not possible in-house.
- Took a while for the Company to get this going – but it is needed and I am thankful I have Connections on board.
- Useful relevant material.
- Good set-up of the role play, future follow-up of these discussions will be useful to the manager, supervisor and team leaders.
- Considering the length of the seminar, excellent, one of the best-if not the best-I’ve attended.
- I loved it! I hope there will be more training on people behavior and how to deal with that conflict. Thank you.
