The LEADERSHIP RESOURCES section of the website is dedicated to enhancing leadership skills in using the EAP to address counter-productive behavior in the workplace.  This section of the website is ONLY AVAILABLE TO WORKPLACE LEADERS. 

 

In the Leadership Resources drop-down menu, you will find tools, templates, and verbiage designed to assist you in using the EAP as effectively as possible to address counter-productive behavior in the workplace.  That is why we refer to the EAP as a BEHAVIOR RISK MANAGEMENT tool.  The EAP provides guidance for leaders, connects employees to helping resources, provides an alternative avenue to address problem performance and reduces liability to the organization.
