Referral assistance is provided, as needed, for longer term, treatment or counseling under a person’s established medical plan, if applicable, or other affordable options are explored.
Professional support is available 24/7 via a toll-free hot line to initiate in-person services or to discuss mental health, relationship, or substance abuse concerns as well as to address a broad range of specific concerns including:.
- Access to telephonic legal consultation with an attorney, credentialed in the state of employee residence.
- Consultation regarding personal finances by professional consumer credit counselors
- Consultation and resource identification for Elder and Adult Care throughout North America
- Consultation and provider locating for Child Care needs and/or Special Needs Child Consultation
- Adoption Information and Support Services
- Pre-Natal support
- Summer Care Consultation and identification
- Trauma at work: Consultation and onsite debriefing for workplace crisis and critical incidents always included with no additional service fee
