Referral assistance is provided, as needed, for longer term, treatment or counseling under a person’s established medical plan, if applicable, or other affordable options are explored.

Professional support is available 24/7 via a toll-free hot line to initiate in-person services or to discuss mental health, relationship, or substance abuse concerns as well as to address a broad range of specific concerns including:.

  1. Access to telephonic legal consultation with an attorney, credentialed in the state of employee residence.
  2. Consultation regarding personal finances by professional consumer credit counselors
  3. Consultation and resource identification for Elder and Adult Care throughout  North America
  4. Consultation and provider locating for Child Care needs and/or Special Needs Child Consultation
  5. Adoption Information and Support Services
  6. Pre-Natal support
  7. Summer Care Consultation and identification
  8. Trauma at work: Consultation and onsite debriefing for workplace crisis and critical incidents always included with no additional service fee
