Our Employee Assistance Program Supports A Healthy and Productive Work Community.

We take the responsibility to advocate for the total health of our employer customers and the employees who utilize Employee Assistance Program evaluation and solution planning services.

Connections Inc. is an independent, free-standing Employee Assistance Program. Our mission is to provide holistic assistance products and services that support optimum productivity, teamwork and healthy community in the workplace.

We are an objective advocate. We serve our customer organizations as an objective advocate for the most efficient and productive solution to employee’s personal and family problems. We do not operate long-term treatment programs, but make referrals following evaluation, to a broad scope of providers. Connections credentials family/mental health counselors and certified addictions counselors across  North America. We make available a broad panel of helping professionals – counselors, lawyers, elder and child care specialists, etc. –  in all our programs.

Connections has specialized in delivering programs specifically designed to meet the needs of more rural employers. In addition to the employee/family assessment and treatment planning service, we create healthy community in the workplace using consultative support for workplace leaders. Connections’ Employee Assistance Programs highlight the role workplace leaders play to create healthy community in the work place.

Connections highly acclaimed leadership training programs  can be included in our EAP service agreements. These programs teach a practical servant leader approach for the workplace setting. Training includes working through supervisory case examples so leaders learn to demonstrate caring balanced with high standards of accountability for work place responsibilities.
